Welcome to GeographicAsia.com -- Singapore's very own geography website for students and teachers alike.

It is indeed heart-warming that the massive support of students and teachers has enabled us to be the largest geography portal in Asia.

In order for us to maintain the lead, it is vital that our supporters continue to visit us and spread the word about our portal.

At the same time, we need help from students and teachers alike to generate contents that you would like to see.

Learning geography has to be an interactive process. The audience has to contribute some of the contents and share their viewpoints with fellow geographers. Only then, can we start to question and analyse logically, rather than being spoon fed with facts.

Gone are the days of memorizing facts. We need to know how to analyse them and communicate our thoughts with each other. This will help to make GeographicAsia.com an intellectual watering hole for geographers to discuss and benefit intellectually.

Use our forum to express your thoughts. Email us a Geography essay you have written. Or zip up your Powerpoint presentation and email it to us. If you wish, you may even contribute the contents of your web sites to be featured on GeographicAsia.com. Just drop us an email at Editor@GeographicAsia.com and tell us how you hope to contribute.

All contents will be properly attributed to the contributors. That is, either a link to their email address or a hyperlink to their web site. Names of contributors and their schools can be published, as long as contributors give the permission to do so.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Cheers
Your Editor, Ah Geo
